Heineken beer is a true typhoon in the beer industry. Why not add a true touch of class to your alcohol delivery with a cold can of Heineken, the refreshing taste that is kept safe from light and air. Be reassured the Heineken can saves the balanced richness in taste, the refreshing clarity and a beautiful golden-yellow colour inside.
The Heineken company was founded in 1864 when the 22-year-old Gerard Adriaan Heineken bought a brewery known as De Hooiberg in Amsterdam. In 1873 the brewery's name changed to Heineken's Bierbrouwerij Maatschappij (HBM), and opened a second brewery in Rotterdam in 1874. In 1886 Dr. H. Elion, developed the "Heineken A-yeast" in the Heineken laboratory which is still the key ingredient of Heineken beer today.
Heineken is a super-inoffensive lager with a stronger, bitterer taste than most internationally mass-produced lagers. Heineken is perfectly carbonated, pouring a straw yellow colour, with little or no head to speak of. Heineken beer goes down smoothly when it's ice cold.
